If your ordered product is incompatible with your supported vehicle despite correct VIN submission, we will provide a compatible replacement or refund.

Compatibility checks are based on VIN and technical details you provide.

If an issued FSC code fails due to supplier-side issues, we will issue a corrected replacement code.

If replacement is not possible, refund options are handled under our Refund Policy.

Incorrect VIN or model information submitted by the customer is not covered.

Vehicle hardware faults, modified head units, and unsupported firmware are not covered.

Send claim details to info@idrivecode.com with order number, VIN, and evidence of issue.

Claims are reviewed in the order received, with priority for active delivery failures.
