Digital goods policy

Because products are digital, refunds are generally not available after download links, activation files, or FSC codes are delivered.

Please review product compatibility details before checkout.

Refund exceptions

A refund may be considered for non-delivery, wrong product supplied by us, or verified technical failure not caused by customer-side issues.

If an issue is fixable, replacement delivery may be provided before a refund is issued.

How to request a refund

Email info@idrivecode.com within 14 days of purchase with order number, VIN, and issue details.

Support may request logs, screenshots, or diagnostics to validate the claim.

Refund processing timeframe

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Final settlement timing may vary by card issuer, Stripe, Adyen, or Square.

Chargeback policy

Please contact support before filing a chargeback so we can resolve issues quickly.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in order/account restrictions and evidence submission to payment processors.
